blitz++ and libgenerics fail to build from source perhaps because of a
nonexistent libgcc-s2-dev. 

I have the blitz++ chroot in tact and I'd be happy to run any tests you'd 
like to help debug this.

Here are selected excerpts from the blitz++ buildd log.

The libgenerics failure looks like the following.
