I'm not sure if this report should be here, or with gitk or somewhere entirely elsewhere, but I'll try here. The latest available version of git-core in unstable on amd64 is 1:1.5.2.2-1+b1. The problem is that gitk depends on git-core == 1:1.5.2.2-1. All other architectures, and all online references (packages.[qa.]debian.org) only list the not +b1 version, but that one is not available on amd64. I see two solutions here: * Bump the version to -2 and reupload with no changes. * Modify gitk to also depend on this version (though this will probably also need a -2 version bump). There might be other nifty solutions to this, but these are the ones my limited debian knowledge can conjure. Gr.
