Currently the standard way of linking to individual messages in a bug report is to use the full-text address, as in: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=5;bug=388992 This can be inconvinient if you just got passed the link and want to know who sent it, when, etc. I was going to propose to introduce named anchors into the main bug report page, but I saw they're already there. :-) So what I'm asking for now is visible links for them, so that this method of pointing to single messages gets used instead. I think such link would fit nicely in the "(full text, mbox)" combo.
