Sorry to re-enter again, but: Just had another fresh installation of a system, same phenomenon again. It's gnome-icon-theme which provides the icons needed for display inside fbpanel with default configuration. That's what I get when invoking fbpanel without a ~/.fbpanel (so using default configu
