python-wxgtk2.4 is not conform to the new Python policy, please use python-central or python-support. python2.4-xml in Description and Suggests should be python-xml now. Sorry for not providing a patch, but I think you knwo better than me where the best place in debian/rules is to add the right dh_ call, building test versions just takes too long.
