Your package doesn't include "net_imap.reg" file which contains pear registration informations. This file is needed to display Net_IMAP informations when you use command "pear list" or PEAR_Config::getRegistry() method in PHP script. For example, eGroupWare webapp uses it to detect if Net_IMAP is installed or not.
