Log snippet:

heartbeat[557]: 2007/09/28_17:17:26 ERROR: glib: Error sending packet:
Operation not permitted
heartbeat[557]: 2007/09/28_17:17:26 ERROR: write failure on ping 127.0.0.1.:
Operation not permitted

On further analysis it seems that this problem also manifiests
when 2.1.2-2 is recompiled against the current sid. So I suspect that
the problem lies in the underlying libraries.

As libopeniompi10 has now disapeared from Debian Sid, rendering
heartbeat uninstallable, I have decided to upload anyway.
In a nutshell, due to circumstances beyond my control
the hearbeat package has become broken. Hopefully this
upload moves it closer to being fixed.

Anibal, if you are so inclined, feel free to make uploads as you
see fit in my absence. I'll be back on the 15th - though likely
very tired.
