When a user accesses voicemail from HiPath connected to Asterisk via ISDN PtP
in NT mode and then tries to transfer that call to another phone, asterisk
crashes.
Here is the relevant part from the full log:

Is the crash reproducable?
If so, please:
apt-get install asterisk-dbg
and add the following to /etc/default/asterisk :
AST_DUMPCORE=yes
CORE_PATTERN='/tmp/core.%e.%t'
Note that it is recommended to remove those settings from your asterisk
defaults file once you're done debugging, as the
