work on not hold messages? The queue ids are subject of rapid reuse.
no, but you're right, i will add a warning in manpage. Maybe it
should be useful too to add an option to put on hold a bunch of
emails.

I think the default mode should do:
- Check for match.
- Hold.
- Recheck.
- Do real action
