Package: devscripts Version: 2.10.11 Severity: wishlist When preparing a new upstream version, one would run `dch -v X`. But maybe there was a previous upload in preparation, so I think it'd be nice if dch would merge its contents into the new entry, only if the release heuristic is changelog, probably.
