I've found a turn around :
Starting Iceape with profile manager, I created a new clean profile and
Iceape started correctly : menues came back and no more errors appeared
at the bottom except that the terminal window showed : "NoScript
disabled on this profile". Then I switched to my default profile and
Iceape seemed to work normally, then I stopped Iceape and restarted
directly with my default profile, but in this case the problem came back.
