Package: python-minimal Version: 2.4.4-2 Severity: important I want to install python2.5 and remove python2.4. python-minimal's dependencies make this impossible because python2.5 depends on python2.5-minimal which depends on python-minimal which depends on python2.4-minimal and so one cannot remove python2.4 on Etch and just have python2.5. To fix this, python-minimal should depend on python2.4-minimal OR python2.5-minimal rather than just the latter.
