After installation of enigmail, even if mail.identity.id*.html_compose is set 
to true, 
icedove always mails in plaintext.

If a mail is signed and / or encrypyted, icedove should always send plaintext, 
just as  
it now does, but if a mail is neither signed nor encrypted, I want that I can 
choose 
between plaintext and html.
