packaged libextutils-parsexs-perl is only at 2.15.
There are currently no versioned dependencies on
libextutils-parsexs-perl in the archive, so just adding the usual
clone 485416 -1
reassign -1 libextutils-parsexs-perl 2.15-2
retitle -1 libextutils-parsexs-perl: overrides a newer version in perl-modules
block 485417 with -1
