It would be great if tuxmath had a lang option too :-) It's quite a FAQ...
best if --help would also tell me which languages are available.
to answer the original question:
$ export LANG="he_IL.UTF-8"
$ tuxmath # tuxmath in hebraic
$ export LANG="es_ES.UTF-8"
$ tuxmath # tuxmath in spanish
