Please send us the syslog (gzipped!!) and hardware-summary for your install. You can get them by using the "Save debug logs option" in the main menu of the installer after the failure. Use the webserver in the installer or copy them /var/log/ somehow. You can also start by checking the syslog yourself for obvious problems.
