Bug#493850: gnat-gps FTBFS due to hardcoded python2.4 use

Package: gnat-gps Version: 4.0.1-6 Severity: important gnat-gps fails to build on at least mips/mipsel because it hardcodes the python include path in debian/rules to python2.4 (but python-dev provides python2.5 now). IIRC the python 2.4 -> 2.5 transition announcement explained how to fix this.
