Comments/Problems:
This install was performed with mouse/keyboard/monitor.
There is a somewhat disconcerting pause after the kernel prints the
line:
input: AT Translated Set 2 keyboard as /class/input/input0
No DHCP server present, so I hit Cancel, then configured eth1 manually.
(eth0 is onboard 10Mb/s; eth1 is 10-100Mb/s card - allow-hotplug
in /etc/network/interfaces is a bit irritating.)
