Package: conntrackd Version: 1:0.9.6-4 Severity: normal
Hi, When investigating where several gigabytes under /var/log went missing, I've found out that conntrackd kept open a file handle for an already deleted /var/log/conttrackd-stats.log.1 file. It seems that /etc/logrotate.d/conntrackd misses the following statement: postrotate /etc/init.d/conntrackd restart endscript Gabor -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (101, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.22-3-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages conntrackd depends on: ii libc6 2.7-18 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libnetfilter-conntrack1 0.0.96-1 Netfilter netlink-conntrack librar ii libnfnetlink0 0.0.39-1 Netfilter netlink library conntrackd recommends no packages. conntrackd suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
