As you can (mabye? : well it depends if my server is still running atm) see on the www.midnight- commander.org I'm part of upstream now. ;-) So yes I've already looked on the new development and will update mc in debian as soon as possible. (and hopefully get 4.6.2 also into lenny as this is _really_ a only bugfix release).
