irssi certainly used to provide irc. It was added in response to #267411 in 0.8.10-2, but I can't see any reference in the changelog to it being removed, so I presume it's been overlooked somewhere. I'll dig through the versions to find out when it disappeared. -- David Pashley da...@davidpashle
