installed and the bug is closed, but I wanted to let you know: the
problem doesn't occur here anymore. :-)

The enclosed patch should fix the problem.
I have tried different kind of configurations using
- the $CONFIG{'no-email'} variable,
- the $CONFIG{'mail'} variable,
- the mail command line option
and it looks like everything works fine.
If you can give it a quick try, that

I added the following line to my ~/.caffrc
$CONFIG{'mail'} = 'yes';
According to manpage this should have the same effect as calling caff
with '--mail yes'. Commandline option works as intended, but if I set
this option in .caffrc it
