Package: gqview Version: 2.0.4-5 Severity: important
Gqview slows down the system when it tries to allow to much memory. Killing gqview frees immediately the memory. I'm not sure but I suspect that svg files are the source of the leak. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-1-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages gqview depends on: ii libc6 2.9-4 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libglib2.0-0 2.20.0-2 The GLib library of C routines ii libgtk2.0-0 2.14.7-5 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libpango1.0-0 1.22.4-2 Layout and rendering of internatio Versions of packages gqview recommends: ii libjpeg-progs 6b-14 Programs for manipulating JPEG fil Versions of packages gqview suggests: ii gimp 2.6.6-1 The GNU Image Manipulation Program pn xpaint <none> (no description available) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
