I know you may find it irritating for bugs to be reported in testing that have
already been fixed in unstable, but please be more helpful. I have been unable
to find this bug reported anywhere else. Which package is it reported against?

Nautilus will not automount removable drives. It has to be done manually.
I can't either find where is the option for automounting. In Lenny I remember
it was under gnome menupreferencesvolumes and removable media
