Any news on this report? This bug might be responsible for tons of
network-manager
related problems.

I apologize for that, especially since you Jö invested time to get a
patch prepared.
Since the patch no longer applies to the current version in wheezy/sid,
would you be willing to update it?

Using getline() would make this stuff much easier -- but getline(
