When DI_CODENAME is set, debian-cd will look into
<mirror>/dists/$DI_CODENAME/main/installer-$ARCH/ for the installer files
and not into the $CODENAME one.

simple-cdd is copying the custom_installer files into
<mirror>/dists/$CODENAME/main/installer-$ARCH/ and hence debian-cd
doesn't find them.

A simple fix is:
