seem to be able to reproduce the bug in question -- can you send me a minimal
ABC file that reproduces it? That would be very helpful.

I only tried it when using the inline I:topmargin 5cm format (ie. not a
formatting file), but I only see the margin value used for the subsequent
pages,
and I need the margin larger on the first page, because my titles are getting
chopped
