Package: zenity Version: 2.26.0-1 Severity: important zenity currently declares
Conflicts: libgtkada2-bin due to a clash over /usr/bin/gdialog and its manpage. However, the latest upload of libgtkada2 (2.12.0-4) has renamed the relevant files, and so should be able to coexist with zenity. As such, could you please adjust the relationship accordingly? My reading of Policy indicates that the best current practice is a versioned Breaks/Replaces pair: Breaks: libgtkada2 (<< 2.12.0-4) Replaces: libgtkada2 (<< 2.12.0-4) [lenny's dpkg supports Breaks, so you can disregard the first paragraph of section 7.3.] Thanks! -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.30-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages zenity depends on: ii libc6 2.9-13 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libglade2-0 1:2.6.4-1 library to load .glade files at ru ii libglib2.0-0 2.20.3-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libgtk2.0-0 2.16.2-1 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libnotify1 [libnotify1-gtk2.1 0.4.5-1 sends desktop notifications to a n ii libx11-6 2:1.2.1-1 X11 client-side library zenity recommends no packages. zenity suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
