Package: nessus-libraries Version: 2.2.10-3 Priority: normal I would like the archive maintainers to remove the nessus-libraries package from Debian. Upstream is no longer updating this software, as they are more focused in their non-free version (Nessus 3.x/4.x)
The OpenVAS fork provides equivalent libraries (libopenvas). However, since OpenVAS is not a drop in replacement for Nessus there is no easy way to provide a migration path through the package management system. Regards Javier
