actually the hppa problem is a different one. hppa has the _tid member,
but lacks some pthread things needed for rt-tests.

I think http://bugs.debian.org/534352 is actually a libc problem,
because _tid in struct sigevent isn't available in the libc headers, but
is available on the kernel side.
