Hi,
I mostly agree with Charles. This doesn't seem like a general enough use
case to implement upstream and might even be confusing to some users.
That being said, it shouldn't be that hard to add a --continue option
(for instance), which would be a no-op in case there weren
Most users don't add torrents through the command line, and this would
render Transmission mostly useless for them. I think this is a bad
idea.

* if there are any torrents, continue transferring them.
* if there aren't any torrents, exit.
