This is important bug to fix to get many documentation to comply with
the updated policy.
Of course, people can use sed script to insert any thing into generated
texinfo source. Wait... I added -s option feature to

Policy 3.8.3, Section 12.2, now require info files to carry
INFO-DIR-SECTION and START-INFO-DIR-ENTRY/END-INFO-DIR-ENTRY
statements. This is generally achieved by adding
@dircategory and @direntry/@end
