When I send my bug I see: Copies sent to: "=?utf-8?q?Rapha=C3=ABl_Hertzog?=" <hert...@debian.org> Seeing how my name has been encoded for mail transport is of no interest to me and every time I see this I wonder (for a second) what's happening. Please show the unencoded name here as well.
