A modified patch with a few corrections and also a and X other files
message instead of a tag for each file. Note I removed the changelog
entry since it conflicted.
On the technical level - is fcron really a full replacement of cron
and not

I noticed that some of my packages ship files in
/etc/cron.{d,hourly,daily,weekly,monthly} but don't depend on cron.
That never bit me in person, but I suppose a lintian check wouldn't do
any harm.
