Bug#554040: ledger: include ledger.el in package

Package: ledger Version: 2.6.2-1 Severity: wishlist It'd be good if ledger.el from sources was included in the package. Just chucking it and a startup file under the emacs dirs would be enough and doesn't create a dependency on emacs or emacsen-common. I get some joy from the couple of lines
