Package: apticron

Hi,

I use apticron to automatically get a list of packages pending an
upgrade. Unfortunately, this list is usually incorrect (ie, it is not
empty). When I log into the affected machine and say

# aptitude update; aptitude safe-upgrade

no packages are being upgraded, despite apticron mentioning a long list
of packages pending upgrades for that machine. This problem occurs on
several machines with different architectures and Debian releases.
