As I noted in the linked feedparser bug report, this issue is basically fixed. I've allowed two generic except clauses to stay in the code: one in the tidy support, and another in `parse()`. I've never tested either "supported" tidy library and I have no idea what exceptions they might raise, and I don't yet know that every possible exception has been addressed in `parse()`.
