Package: pymol Version: 1.2r1-3 Severity: important Hello,
The png command (or the -g command-line argument) does not work anymore when used in batch mode. Let's say I have a file structured this way: # (drawing commands) ray 200,200 png save.png If I launch it using pymol -d '@ file.pml' I get a nice save.png file of a 200x200 ray-traced picture of my nice protein. However, if I run: pymol -c -d '@ file.pml' save.png is 640x480 and is rebuilt at the time of the png command. That is really painful, since it stops me from using all my pymol scripts (I can't afford to run them all by hand). I guess the graphics context is wrong somehow in command-line mode, but I don't know more than this. It was working fine with the 1.1 version.
