I noticed that utf8 was fixed in 3.6.5-1 and then again broken in 3.6.5-2 after
a new patch. Since it refers to this bug I decide to reopen.
This time only some parts of UTF8 is broken, all displaing of weekdaynames all
over pages that use it, I guess it come from some time display
