default for desktop tasks.

This is a good idea to have, specially for people that don't know
about it, if they install a standard Debian desktop then they should get
this package by default...

several versions behind and I would hope that quite some bugs are fixed in
the last upstream. II've stepped up and got welcomed as new usplash
maintainer from the current ones but unfortunatly I'm as busy as
