To fix this problem:
- *Close* knewtwork-manager (on systray)
- Get a valid uuid doing this:
$ cat /proc/sys/kernel/random/uuid
- Copy UUID generated by uuidgen above.
- Go to ~/.kde/share/config/knetworkmanagerrc
- Replace "Value_uuid= _UUID_
