Package: libpython2.6 Version: 2.6.4-5 Severity: normal In current squeeze (2.6.4-5) and Sid (2.6.4-6) versions of libpython2.6 package there a missing symlink target:
/usr/lib/libpython2.6.so However /usr/lib/libpython2.6.so.1.0 is there, so I guess a simple symlink creation should suffice to solve the problem. $ dpkg -L libpython2.6 /. /usr /usr/lib /usr/lib/python2.6 /usr/lib/python2.6/config /usr/lib/libpython2.6.so.1.0 /usr/share /usr/share/doc /usr/share/lintian /usr/share/lintian/overrides /usr/share/lintian/overrides/libpython2.6 /usr/lib/libpython2.6.so.1 /usr/lib/python2.6/config/libpython2.6.so /usr/share/doc/libpython2.6 -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-trunk-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=es_ES.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=es_ES.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages libpython2.6 depends on: ii libc6 2.10.2-2 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libssl0.9.8 0.9.8k-8 SSL shared libraries ii python2.6 2.6.4-5 An interactive high-level object-o ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3.4.dfsg-3 compression library - runtime libpython2.6 recommends no packages. libpython2.6 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
