Package: fglrx-driver
Version: fglrx-driver: leaves diversions behind
Severity: normal

I have removed and purged fglrx-driver (to try out the new open source 3D
driver), but fglrx left a diversion behind:

Even after reinstalling xserver-xorg-core and libgl1-mesa-dri, I was still
missing libdri.so:
$ dpkg -L xserver-xorg-core:
/usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libdri.so
diverted by fglrx-driver to: /usr/lib/fglrx/diversions/libdri.so
/usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libdri2.so

For now I have manually copied libdri.so from /usr/lib/fglrx/diversions,
but:
  - I'd like to remove all fglrx diversions
  - the fglrx package should remove them automatically when it is removed.

Hello,

the fix is comitted to the svn.
Here is a temporary workaround for you:
dpkg-divert --package fglrx-driver --rename --remove /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libdri.so
