This is upstream bug #2896 and should be fixed with Squid 3.1.4. See

Can you please test the latest squid3 package in unstable (3.1.1-1) and see if
the bug is still present?
If it is, can you please install squid3-dbg and provide a gdb stack trace of
the crash? Please see

I upgraded my Squid to enable IPv6. But there is a lot of crash, all have the
same error.
