I just noticed my patch for awstats_buildstaticpages.pl assumed that the
spurious warning message had already been taken out (as suggested in bug
report 519319 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=519319).
So, my patch does not completely fix the problem in
awstats_buildstaticpages
