fixed 583704 fluxbox/1.3.2-2 thanks

it seems to me that this bug has been fixed once and for all.
At least, with version 1.3.2-2 of fluxbox, I see that
$ grep -B 4 -A 2 bg-fill $(which fbsetbg)
feh)
full='--bg-scale'
tile='--bg-tile'
center='--bg-center'
aspect="--bg-fill"
debugstory=$standardok
;;
which seems to indicate that the patch has been applied.
If this is confirmed, then I think that maybe the BTS should be
notified that 1.3.2-2 is a fixed version...
The above command should do this: feel free to correct me, if I am
wrong.
