i try to package for the first time and I have some
issues with the package.manpages file - there is a programname.1 file
but lintian tells there is not man file installed
you are meant to callit spiffy.manpage

I think key word is IMAGINATION. Volunteer project is resource
strapped. Please do not expect hand-holding although we try our best to
do so.
I just checked what I wrote in the document and I confirmed following
text is placed at the top of chapter.
