fd fix in 2.02.74 (see

No idea though when this will make it into debian :(

please do not confuse people:-) it is completely unrelated problem,
lvm cvs fix is just code cleanup, fixed error is very uncommon.

evening, my Debian squeeze system consistently gives this kind of error:
