libxtables.so.5, that provided only by iptables 1.4.9-1 from sid,
not 1.4.8-3 from sqeeze. Please add this dependency and request to update
iptables in sqeeze

I also encounter this bug in testing.
The reason I saw is /var/lib/dpkg/info/iptables.shlibs in testing is
libxtables 4 iptables

this is not only problem of the ipset, but the CHAOS and condition have
the same requierements:
