Yes, they are.
In yelp, the first page, titled "Desktop", appears.
Links in the side bar work, but, the ones in the text don't.

The problem is that when I try to open gnome-help in any of gnome programs,
e.g. anjuta,
unlimited number of "gnome-help" processes start.
Then, I'd have to login as root in tty1 and "killall gnome-help" and "killall
gnome-panel".
